Chef Clarina Cravins

 

With deep roots in the tradition of French Creole cuisine, a childhood in Wisconsin, Indonesia and the Green Mountain state, Chef Clarina has designed recipes inspired by a lifetime of family and food. 

Clarina has cooked in kitchens all over vermont, working with some of our favorite chefs and in some of our favorite restaurants.  As a mother, an avid gardener and a champion of local farms, Clarina has experience crafting recipes that are nutritious, delightful to eat and easy to prepare.  Her menus will be  exciting to experienced cooks and easy for novices to master.
